Bartleson & Bartleson has been putting homes on South Jersey lots since 1998.
Neighbors, not a call center.
We work with a Pennsylvania manufacturing partner that has been building homes since 1973, so the house arrives built right, and we handle it from there. When you call, you get the family.
Modular is not a lesser house. It is framed with 2x6 exterior walls, insulated heavier than most site built homes, and it finances exactly the same way. It is simply built indoors, where the weather cannot delay your timeline.

Where we work
South Jersey, and the lots in it.
Most of the people we build for already own their land. Some are replacing a house that has reached the end of its life, some were priced out of a custom builder, and some are downsizing and want everything on one floor.
